STEAMPUNK TUSSIE MUSSIE

Took a $1.49 paper mache cones from Michaels, painted it black, added a Crackle agent (which doesn't react great with metallic paint) ... threw on 3 different colours of metallic paint in stripes and dabs, added and layered a couple embellies (E6000 glue is a hero) stuck an old bullet shell on the bottom, a chain for hanging, beaded tassel lacing and viola -- Steampunk Tussie Mussie.
